- About me:
- I'm a recent Graduate of Grand Valley State University where I spent 4 1/2 years broadening my knowledge and views of English and all it's wonders, along with all the interesting psychology, Spanish, and other various courses I survived. I love being active, especially when it comes to sports. Spending time with friends and family is very important to me, and I've really learned to appreciate them more over the years. I also love Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, ham and pinapple stuffed crust pizza, and the color PINK!

- Oooh I'm a Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Brother's & Sister's addict!

- I've become a fan of Creative Nonfiction pieces this past year. In Cold Blood by Capote and A Heartbreaking Work of Stagering Genius by Eggers are just a couple of my new favorites; however I still enjoy some Nicholas Sparks.

Venetian Festival 2008...and of course it wouldn't be Northern Michigan without a bit of rain!
This past weekend my partner in green and I ventured to the land of petunias, known as Charlevoix. The 78th annual Venetian Festival was the destination of choice for the Party Crew, and boy did it turn out to be an interesting one at that. "Happy Blissfest"
The words “Happy Bliss” can be heard everywhere you go in the small village of Bliss. The weekend of Blissfest is a Holiday for the hundreds of devoted participants and attendees who come to celebrate, and with the cooperation of Mother Nature this year the weather allowed for one of the best Blissfests in quite some time.
